  Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd won a RM180.84 million contract to undertake subcontract works for the construction of the Malaysian National Film Development Board’s (Finas) headquarters in Damansara Damai, Petaling Jaya.
  
  This is the fourth contract that the construction group has secured this year.

  Pesona Metro Bhd has bagged a construction contract worth RM242.2 million for the main building works of a mixed development project in Kuala Lumpur.
  
  In a bourse filing, the construction outfit said its wholly-owned subsidiary Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd accepted the letter of award from KL Wellness City (H) Sdn Bhd. KL Wellness City is the property developer of the project.

  It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the project is for a duration of 27 months from June 1, 2023, to Sept 30, 2025.
