(DESIGN & BUILD)
The construction of the 12 blocks of 5-storey walk-up students hostel was built using 100% EPS panels manufactured by PM2 Building System Sdn Bhd. Besides the student hostel, Pesona Metro also constructed the Medan Selera and management office building of the university located in Perlis.
