Human Resources Assistant
(Based in HQ)
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Professional Certificate in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Able to work independently and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
- Familiar with HRIS systems is an added advantage.
- Assist in maintaining the day-to-day operational activities and duties in the Human Resources Department.
- Checking / tracking annual leaves, absenteeism, medical leaves and staff lateness for payroll processes.
- Maintains employee hardcopy files. Inputs employee personal data into Human Resources information / computer system (HRIS) database.
- To assist in any other tasks as and when required by the head of department.
